good days

well, i have to say that today is a great day! you wanna know why? cause i got a new monitor at work! it's about twice as big, so i don't have to strain my eyes or my neck nearly as much. in other news, my coworker mario has gotten another job in the company. i don't know if you call it a promotion, cause it's in a different department, but his last day is friday. so, it will be me and matthew left. speaking of matthew, he injured himself playing basketball and now has a cast on his foot. both of these things probably mean nothing to those of you who are actually reading this blog, but what it means to me is more work. which isn't necessarily bad. it's better to be busy. they say that somedays you're doing work and other days you're just doing time. i think i'd rather be doing work. anyway, may gray has turned into june gloom. native californians say that the weather is beautiful once june gets over, and that the water gets a little warmer. i hope so. gray skies and cold ocean can get old. quickly.
