well, i'm waiting for some friends to come pick me up. there's a "pachanga" tonight, which i've learned is a spanish word for party. it should be fun! in other news, i'm going to get another pedicure tomorrow. there's also a cover band activity at the church in simi, which i guess it's people doing covers of other people's songs. i don't know if i'll be going to that one or not. we'll see... i'm flying to oklahoma next week. i'm hoping the rain stops before i get there, or else fireworks won't be very exciting. and i need some fireworks!!! i am feeling a bit weird though, seeing as i've got two pregnant sisters, and i can't seem to find a normal guy to talk to, let alone move forward in life. it makes me a little sad for myself, but i am very happy to have some more babies in the family. :) i'm gonna be the favorite aunt for all of them! as far as california goes, i do believe we've finally moved out of the june gloom into full blown summer. it's about time, i say! i'm also going to visit idaho and oregon in two weeks, to look at disease infested carrots. what fun my job is! i believe that's all for now. here's a picture of my quilt that i'm making for the stake service project to warm up little children. i just need to bind it now...
