make it and love it: zeo sleep manager

i entered to win a zeo sleep manager through the blog make it and love it. it seems like it could be a very useful little gadget, tracking your sleep patterns. it can even decide to wake you up earlier than you set the alarm because it can tell if you will be in too deep of a sleep. isn't that pretty cool? one of my resolutions this year is to get better sleeping habits and i think this zeo thing could help with that.

apparently there is an iphone app that does this too, one of our friends has it. You just put it under the sheet next to you as you sleep. I would put your phone on airplane mode though. So if you don't win maybe you could try it! Good luck.
